LiS has worked closely with Montclair State University’s PSEG Institute for Sustainablity Studies since 2021 to curate a handful of webinar events. PSEGISS has also been a partner in the Inclusive Mentorship Program given MSU is a Hispanic Serving Institution. In 2023 we are hoping to collaborate on a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion workshop training for managers. LiS recently participated in MSU’s podcast, The Re-Fresh, listen here.

LiS has a partnership with the City College of New York (CCNY) on a workforce development program for sustainability and engineering students seeking careers in the sustainability industry. The program (known as Sustainability Level Up) will be held as an accredited course under the Grove School of Engineering for the Fall of 2023. Through Level Up, LiS will bridge the gap between the racially and socio-economically diverse students of CCNY and the inaccessibility of climate careers.
